All of the staff were responsive to questions before arriving. They were each very warm, friendly and helpful during our two-night stay. Special thanks to Egom for directions to a local pub after checking us in, getting us a fresh batch of delicious chocolate pastries and showing us the coffee/tea setup. Special thanks to Artem who went above and beyond - giving us two fans and an extension cord for the room, which made the sleeping so much better for my two sons. Special thanks to Sylwia who had towels brought to us by the time I left the lobby to our room on the 3rd floor; still not sure how it was so fast. The three twin beds we requested were lovely - extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. (I always take our own pillowcases.) The bathroom was well stocked with what we needed - body wash, conditioning shampoo, and hair dryer. Very clean. The location is peaceful and perfect to walk anywhere. We didn’t need to use our rental car, which we parked in their safe and secure parking lot behind their building. We walked to Dublin castle 😊, the park, the shopping area for Gelato, St. Patrick’s cathedral, and so much more. This is the perfect place to stay in Dublin. They serve breakfast 7:30-9:30a.m., but we never had time to eat it. I’m sure it was delicious.

The common areas are beautiful and elegant. The breakfast was also delicious. They offer a continental buffet along with a hot dish from the menu, plus coffee or tea. My favorite part was the coffee machine in the sitting room—the coffee was surprisingly good! They provided milk, sugar cubes, pastries, and an assortment of teas in the cupboard, all complimentary. The room was much smaller than I expected, but it was nicely styled and the bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were kind and professional. However, the elevator doesn’t have a sensor, and it shut on me, causing me to spill coffee on myself and in the elevator. The receptionist didn’t acknowledge it—not even a simple “I’m sorry” or “Do you need a paper towel?” I found that a bit rude. I told him about the elevator but he was not concerned. Nonetheless, it was a terrific stay. The hotel is located just 1.5 miles (2.4 km) from Trinity College and the downtown Dublin area, and it’s close to pubs and restaurants. They also offer free on-site parking in the back.

No kettle & tea/coffee in the rooms. We were told at check out after 2 nights, in which time we did complian. "You have to call reception to bring it to you"..I don't know if that attracts a charge as we were booking out at that time. One of us did have to change out of our nightware in the morning, come down to reception, make a cup at the "coffee bar" ( which is complimentary) get back into the lift & take it to our room. Get back into bed with it before the day begins. Over the two days, there were other grumbling guests also taking drinks up to their rooms. Seems ridiculous when the room has a fridge & extra snacks that are chargeable. At the reception "coffee bar" drinks & pastries are free very nice of them to provide this service. However, I would forego that for a standard tea tray with a kettle complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits in each room as is normal in most hotels now. A nice touch would be fresh milk in the fridge . Loved everything else about the stay, fabulous staff.

We arrived 3,5 hours before check-in time, just to ask if we could leave our luggage and come back later, because we had to attend a wedding and probably wouldn't be able to come back before midnight. It was no problem, they checked us in early, stored our luggage and pointed us to the free coffee/tea/water thingy. When we just had our coffee and made a plan for the day, they already came to us with a key, saying the room was ready! We were there just for ten minutes and waaaay too early! Last day when we checked out I asked if they could call us a taxi and it was there under five minutes. Service, room (entire building actually), breakfast, location: excellent! :)

This place is so freaking cute and cozy! Staff was friendly, and there to help in any way they can. The room for 3 adults felt big enough where we weren't climbing on top of each other. They offered a mini fridge in room, plus free coffee/tea and cold water in the lobby all day. Such a nice touch. Dublin itself is very walkable, however there are bus stops nearby. I'll admit a bit hard to navigate and learn the routes once you get the hang of it its a nice way to get around. The location is also quiet as its a bit away from any pubs. Yet there are a few pubs, pharmacy, grocery store in walking distance. The beds were comfortable enough!
